The Tillie Bond House is a “bonus” feature at the Inn. Built about 1870 in a typical coastal and Piedmont cottage style, it has been moved three times, including once by the current owners.  It has recently been completely renovated, and serves as an additional guest house for longer rental periods.

The cottage is fully furnished, It boasts two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room.  There are also laundry facilities, a large TV and DVD player, and telephone.  The kitchen has all the cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and glasses that you will need.  The 10 foot ceilings and large windows add elegance to this charming cottage.

The home rents for $350, plus tax per night.  If you want to rent the house for a longer period, we will rent it for $1,800 per month not including utilities.
