 The
Tillie Bond House is a separate cottage on the property built in 1870
and fully furnished and renovated. It boasts two large guest
rooms, two full baths, a dining room, living room, kitchen, laundry
facilities, and ten-foot ceilings. This is the perfect place for
families with children, or for guests who need accommodations for
longer periods of time. One bedroom features a king-size bed,
the other has a twin trundle bed that can make out into two twin beds
or one queen-size bed. There is also a pull-out twin sofa bed in
